Villas
Pennock Village has been mapped out to be built in several phases. Our Villas (Townhome units) will be part of the second or third phase of development, depending on demand.
These housing divisions are projected to be constructed as five units per building. The overall design includes two of these buildings, for a total of ten comfortable, residential Villas.
These units will be a smaller design – each unit being less than 900 sq. ft. – and will include many of the same pleasant touches as the Garden Homes (Duplexes).
