Our Townhomes

Pennock Village has been mapped out to be built in several phases. Distinguished Villas, or Townhome units, will be part of the second phase of development.

These housing divisions are expected to be 5-unit buildings. The overall design includes two of these buildings for a total of ten comfortable, residential Villas.

These units will be a smaller design – each unit being less than 900 sq. ft. – and will include many of the same pleasant touches as the Garden Homes (Duplexes).

Villas are scheduled to begin construction in Phase 3 of the project (subject to demand). Details will be posted soon.
