Our Cottages

Pennock Village has been mapped out to be built in several phases. Two twelve-bedroom Assisted Living ‘cottages’ will be part of a later phase in the development.

Pennock Village’s mission is to provide ‘a supportive retirement as its residents transition through life.’ One way to achieve this is through a long-term plan of assisted living establishments. Seniors will have the option to continue residing within their community, to “Age-in Place”. They can take comfort knowing they will be well cared for into years when physical and/or mental challenges become greater in life.

The location of the Assisted Living Cottages are shown on the full site plan. Situated to overlook the nearby Pennock Creek, residents will be treated to a unique setting, capturing scenic and welcoming views. Plenty of green space will surround the premises to add to a peaceful environment.

NOTE: This phase of the development of Pennock Village comes with caution. It will be a large capital project, and will also require support from the Provincial Government.This phase will greatly depend on the current Government Policies at the time, along with building requirements and availability of capital. We view the assisted living part of the project as an important component, but also as an uncertain element due to many outside items & people which will need to be brought together.
